FAQs

Turnaround time depends on the current project queue. I'll work on the commissions in the order of booking confirmation. TAT usually ranges from 2-8 weeks depending on your placement in the queue.

Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included, and accepted upon submission. Requested edits must not deviate from the client's original requests, or additional charges will incur.

• I retain full copyright ownership of the artworks.• Printing of commissioned artworks for merchandise or commercial use is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted.• Please do not claim the artwork as your own, and kindly provide proper credit when sharing on social media.

You will receive an invoice along with detailed output specifications and the project timeline.

Confirm your slot with either a 50% down payment or full upfront payment.Available modes of payment:

The output will be submitted via email or a Google Drive link during the scheduled delivery week. A maximum of 2 rounds of revisions will be accommodated following the submission. The remaining balance must be settled upon the completion and delivery of the final output.

Illustrations

Illustrations will be delivered as high-resolution digital files (JPEG or PNG) in A4 or A3 size, optimized for printing. If needed, I can recommend trusted printing services previously used by past clients.

Videos

Videos can be made in either portrait or landscape orientation, and tailored to any specified aspect ratio. They are suitable for use as digital invitations, LED wall displays, and more.Since the final output is a video file (MOV or MP4), clickable links cannot be embedded. Clients may choose their preferred method of sharing the video.
